A free conversation about your project

If you are considering a new building, renovation, heritage conversion or development project, you may have questions about what is possible, where to begin or what to do next.

We offer two free ways to talk through your situation. Choose the one that best suits the help you need. Both are free and informal. There is no obligation to work with us afterwards.

20-Minute Project Discovery Call

This conversation is for people who would like to discuss their project in more detail with our founding principal, Jennifer Beningfield.

You may have an early idea, several questions or a project that has become difficult to navigate. You do not need to have everything worked out before the call.

Depending on the project, you may leave with:

  • Greater clarity about how to proceed

  • A simple outline of the next steps

  • An understanding of the main issues to consider

  • A clearer idea of the teams you may need

  • Recommendations for suitable specialists or consultants, where appropriate

We'll talk about:

  • What you are hoping to achieve

  • Where you are in the process

  • Any problems, uncertainties or constraints

  • What may need to happen next

This is an initial conversation, so it may not resolve every issue or produce a complete project plan. It should, however, help you make a more informed decision about what to do next.

Ask a Question

Send us your one or two most important questions and Jennifer will give you a quick call to talk them through with you.

Simply leave:

  • Your name and contact details

  • A brief description of your question

  • A couple of times that would be convenient for us to call

The call is around 15 minutes and is designed to give you some initial clarity or point you in the right direction.

We'll do our best to call during one of the times you suggest, although we can't guarantee a particular time. If those times don't work, we'll contact you to arrange another suitable time.
